Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about gear, shipping, and our expert services.
How do I know which ski length is right for me?
Selecting the right length depends on your height, weight, and ability level. Generally, skis should reach somewhere between your chin and the top of your head. For personalized recommendations, please consult our online sizing guide or contact our gear experts.
Do you offer professional binding mounting services?
Yes, we offer professional binding mounting. If you purchase both skis and bindings from us, you can provide your boot sole length (BSL) during checkout. Please note that for safety reasons, a final adjustment and safety check by a certified technician with your physical boot is required before use.
What is your return policy on used equipment?
We accept returns on unused, brand-new items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once skis have been mounted or used on snow, they are no longer eligible for return unless there is a confirmed manufacturer defect.
How long does shipping take for oversized items like skis and boards?
Standard shipping for oversized equipment typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We use specialized heavy-duty packaging to ensure your gear arrives in pristine condition.
Do you offer international shipping for backcountry gear?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.
What should I do if my gear arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any items damaged during transit.
